Your Ancestors have been passing on to you their melody, their way of moving in this world, their hopes and dreams and talents – and also their pain and their suffering.
Throughout your life you have maybe discovered some of these gifts, you have refined and developed them and you have created your own ways of expressing and sharing them with the world.
However, maybe you have already forgotten some of these gifts. In this crazy fast world this is no surprise. We get distracted and we get conditioned.
And we get told to play small, to hide, to take a step back.
Maybe you haven’t even discovered some of the wonders that lie inside of your soul- waiting to reveal themselves to you.
Maybe you are scared of your own greatness, your creativity, your potential. You have possibly made yourself small in front of others.
We tend to shut down our hearts when being scared.
When trauma occurs in our lives, we freeze, we become stiff, we feel blocked.
Energy cannot flow freely through us anymore and we might experience obstacles in our creative expression or shut that door completely.
Some of us don’t know how to come back to our creative source, how to access that never ending fountain of inspiration.
All of this is totally normal- and yet it is never too late, dear one !
In a world that constantly tells you you are either too much or not enough being yourself is a revolutionary act!
I TRULY BELIEVE THAT THIS PLANET NEEDS MORE OF YOU!
It needs more artists, story tellers, dancers, dreamers and singers – to make this world a more colorful place where feminine energy of creativity leads the way .
And yes, also our brothers have this feminine energy and are being asked to bring it outwards, develop and share it! NOW MORE THAN EVER!
In this intense and holistic 3 day retreat I want to dive deep with you – and harvest the treasures waiting on the bottom of your soul.
I am a trauma therapists and artists with many years of experience and have been working with people in retreats, 1:1 containers, courses and seminars all around the world- always in close contact with Mother Nature and always connected to our creativity.
With the help of Ancient Healing Techniques as well as lots of creative practices – and with the help of Sacred Medicine- we will together discover ways to remember our gifts and our innermost beings- our soul´s callings.
No matter if you already are a singer or a musician that wants to deepen their practice and take on the next step in their career, or if you haven`t explored that part of you yet- I will help you to open your voice and write and sing your very own song!
I will work with the tools of creative and therapeutic writing, poetry and songwriting.
And even if you don’t see your path as one connected to music, this retreat is the right one for you if you want to
DANCE and EMBODY your soul song – as we will also dive into various embodiment and movement practices, Ecstatic Dance, Yoga Nidra and Hypnotherapy, Yoga and so much more.
Even if you don’t plan to become a songwriter or professional musician, it can enhance both your creative endeavor as well as other parts of your life- for example your intimate and romantic relationships- as your creative energy equals your life energy, your sexual energy ( also called Kundalini or life force energy, your CHI )

Yoga Nidra, often translated as “psychic sleep meditation” is a deep guided meditation that has its origins thousands of years ago in tantra yoga disciplines.
Through a deep relaxation of body, mind and spirit and the shift to theta brain waves, we enter a trance like state somewhere in between being awake and being asleep. We gain access to our subconscious and unconscious layers of mind as well as the astral dimension of the consciousness.
By withdrawing our senses and addressing the subconsciousness anything we experience and tell ourselves during this practice has an immensely deep imprint on our various levels of awareness and our lives. Your Facilitator
Elena Judith is a Multidisciplinary Artist, Hypnotherapist, Anthropologist and Holistic Therapist with Israeli and German roots. For the last 15 years she has been travelling and holding workshops, healing retreats and ceremonies all around the world as well as working online offering courses and 1:1 Mentoring programs.
She is deeply passionate about fusioning ancient healing tools and Mystery Schools with an embodied and grounded modern approach to therapy and new ways to integrate body, mind and spirit in our daily lifes.
Elena is specialised in working with intergenerational trauma, epigenetics and Ancestral Healing.
She has been studying and living with indigenous tribes from the Amazon and been working with various Sacred Plant Medicines for many years.
Her biggest passion and mission lies in creating sacred spaces in which we can truly meet each other on an eye-to-eye and soul – to – soul level.
Whatever she does – singing is always a part of it. Her mother says Elena has sang before she talked.
Her music accompanies her in this never-ending magical colorful journey we call life wherever she puts her bare feet on Mother Earth. Elena has collaborated with many different artists around the world such as Mose and has been the opening artist for Yaima.
Whether at rainbow gatherings, at her Sacred Plant Medicine Ceremonies and Retreats, in her Solo Concerts or to Ecstatic DJ Sets: She sings.
Her musical offering ranges from Medicine Songs, Icaros and World & Folk Music to new interpretations of old classic songs that touch peoples’ hearts and souls.
Her concerts always have a deeply ceremonial character fusioning her own spiritual journey with her healing work and thereby creating an offered prayer to Life, God & Goddess and the journey we are all embarking on as One Tribe of the New Earth.
You will receive three meals a day, drinks and a cozy bed.
We have different options and prices depending if you want to sleep in the dormitory or a private room.
In this retreat we will come into deep contact with Mother Earth and feel how she can be our greatest source of healing.
Because we are part of her.

We will also place a focus on PRAYING FOR PEACE
and creative for the Greater Good and peaceful coexistence and collaboration of all sentient beings. As the war inside of us and the wars in this affect us all, whether we are aware of it or not.
